Please this NGO Registration was Queried to Localize Name, which I've done by adding RIVERS, but when clicking "Proceed to make payment" for the Name Substitution, it's showing..." Name availability not for consent"... What does this mean please, and how can the localized name be substituted.

You are to start the registration afresh and add the state
