Pleasooo. Is HOLDING COMPANY registered same way as GROUP of COMPANY. I was informed that Subsidiaries are not suppose to subscribe to shares in the new HOLDING COMPANY rather the Holding company would subscribe to the shares of subsidiaries. CAC just queried me after I used INDIVIDUAL SHAREHOLDERS instead of CORPORATE SHAREHOLDERS in the shares but it's not clear
I haven't done one before but I think it's supposed to be same as that of holdings
