1. Minimum of 3 already registered limited liability companies.

2. Witness.

3. Minimum of two directors for the group of company

4. Secretary for the group

5. The group name should be "group", "holdings" or "consortium". Then LTD or Limited.

6. 5k for name consent. 19k for main registration (1m share capital).

7. Upload of all certificates and status report of the 3 or more already registered companies. Merge and upload during name consent.

8. Evidence of up-to-date Annual returns filing for the companies.

9. Consent letter with two directors apending their signature.

Okay, but the companies are just being registered now. Will they still be needing annual returns?
