You can actually reserve and file registration for BN and obtain certificate, but the name will not appear on the SEARCH website and does not come with TIN and you cannot process TIN at FIRS. Wahala
You can reserve LTD Name file CAC and STAMP DUTY, but stamp duty will not validate. Your process will hang on the balance.
These are the reasons doing jobs now is a trap
But I saw someone who has successfully registered a company and got the certificate yesterday, and all seems good. I even checked the name on the search portal, and it showed.
