What are the following documents in CAC Registrations and how can I get its samples
1️⃣ Objects of Memorandum
2️⃣ Statement to Guarantee
3️⃣ Statement of Compliance
- Object of memorandum is simply your memart
- Ask what they mean by statement of guarantee
- Statement of compliance can mean alot of things so you might need to specify what compliance

1) Since you said, object of memorandum is the MEMART(which will be issued by the CAC after completing the registration) then why are they asking me now to produce it during my name reservation stages for Company Limited by Guarantee?
2) where do i ask?
3) statement of compliance(and other 2 things mentioned above) are being requested from me by cac when i wanted to do name reservation of an islamic school under Company Limited by Guarantee with the name AL-KHIYAR INSTITUTE OF QURAN MEMORIZATION, so can you give further explanation on my request above please?
