Hello sir Coach, I am having a challenge now sir, having successfully done with the name search, I tried creating a fresh account for my client and finally click on the register icon on the public portal, it then pop-up an instructions that I should check d email to proceed with the registration after checking the client email account there is no any link sent to my client email after checking on several times.
Pls what do I do sir.
You can only download the documents within 7 days of approval. You will have to pay again to download each documents after 7 days of approval even if it’s a private portal you use.

Yes, it’s compulsory. To pass by that process. You have to use the agent portal.

This is wrong. You can’t use the account created for yourself to register a client.

They will reflect in the status report. This is what shows that the client is the owner of the certificate.
