No alternative. CAC Registration is done on the bases of first come, first serve. So, advice the client to get another name or do little twinking on the current name.
Once the name appears or a related names appears in any of the catergories.It means that the name will not be accepted for you whether it appears under business name or not.
Does this CAC needs government to interfere because ordinary person can’t wake up in a day and start registering name for people.
Also like how many name does it require to submitted before it can be approved.
And can anyone just be a CAC agent without going through some process?
Question 1: Anybody can just wake up and register for people. My advice do not defraud people. if a client pays you money to register his or her business for them. Please, do not eat the money and run. people and governmnet will look for you and arrest you.
Question 2: 2 Names only.
Question 3: No, anyone can’t just be a CAC Credited agents. To become an accredited agents. it’s either you are a lawyer, chartered accountants or a chartered secretary. Then visit pre.cac.gov.ng to apply.
If you are not in any of the aforementioned profession or categories. To access an accredited portal. You simply partner with someone who is accredited to make use of their portal.
Please what if the names to check out after a search if too much. Like this video now, the ‘small’ has just 3 searches what if it is more, must you search all, eve if it’s up to about 15

Because, if the name you intend to register is found in any of these places. CAC will reject the name. So, it’s important you check all areas.
