Thank you so much sir for this video, it well detailed but i am confused at the removal of the director, what in a situation whereby a particular company has three(3)shareholders and wants to remove (2) should i follow the same procedure you used for removing only one director.
Please i noticed that some part of the Resolution letter wasn’t clear at top and at what point am i going to use the resolution letter. Thank you

YES. same process. You simply remove them at once.I mean the two and make just a single payment instead of removing them once by one and making a separate payments for each removal.
For the resolution letter, you are to upload when you have made the 10K payment. Immediately you make the 10K payment it will take you to where you’ll upload the document before clicking on the submit button.

No. Only the resolution and his valid means of ID card of the director that is to be removed is what is needed. However, do your verification to ensure that the director about to be removed is actually aware of his removal.

Should the change be done simultaneously or done separately at each point when the status report is updated for each change ?

What happened if you are only removing the director and not adding. You didn’t show that aspect.

YES! You can without removing.

No. Just one resolution capturing all their names is enough.
