When I download a status report will I see all the years annual returns has been filed?

Pleasooo. Is HOLDING COMPANY registered same way as GROUP of COMPANY. I was informed that Subsidiaries are not suppose to subscribe to shares in the new HOLDING COMPANY rather the Holding company would subscribe to the shares of subsidiaries. CAC just queried me after I used INDIVIDUAL SHAREHOLDERS instead of CORPORATE SHAREHOLDERS in the shares but it's not clear

I have an issue of 1 signature showing in all the shareholders signature area after downloading my certificates whereas I correctly inputed the right signatures for all the persons involved

This is a big problem as the client is on my neck.

Please how can I resolve this issue as the mistake is from CAC?
