I made Payment of 10k for a company registration but it's still showing "no payment information found" and prompting me to make another payment whereas the transaction was successful. Remita confirmed the payment went through at thier end.
Please how can I tackle this issue?

I made payment for filing fee of 10,161.25 naira, before I could get back to the page it has refreshed, so I clicked on check payment status, but its showing PAYMENT INFORMATION NOT FOUND, COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION AND MAKE PAYMENT TO SUBMIT now I'm stuck because I cannot make the stamp Duty payment. What should I do???

Good afternoon, Please I recently did surrender of shares. But the status report I downloaded after approval is not showing the new shareholding structure. Its only showing 0 shares for all the surrendered partners but isn't reflecting on the other shareholder who the shares were gifted to. please this is my first time so I want to know if that's how the report is?
