Good afternoon everyone, i made an annual filling for business name yesterday on making payment, the card option did not go through ( the portal said i should use another option) i used bank transfer and it was just rolling so I close the browser so, on checking this morning it is asking me to pay again.

As anybody encounter this issue, if yes how do I solve it?

Please, has anyone recently done a change of name for Incorporated Trustees on the I-CRP portal?

I started at the pre-incorporation stage to apply for consent with the new name, and the flow is not like the former. It's only the new name that is requested, and then payment, and then it submits your application.

I have received a query twice now on adding Trustees as members of the governing body. When I try to modify the application, there is no provision to make this adjustment. I kept resolving, and they repeated the same query.

What do I do? I did not initially register the Incorporated Trustee.

Please I want to confirm, for a company that hasn't filed annual returns since 2008,can I add PSC and increase the share capital without filling for annual returns.

I tried filling for annual returns but got stucked when I got to the PSC section.

Secondly pls... A client registered her cooperative with the LGA but now, the bank is asking her to bring CAC documents before they can open an account for her (but CAC don't register cooperatives). How do I advice her?

Pls help me... I made the first payment of 10k (before the stamp duty payment) for company registration using USSD (my card expired, it's my first time using USSD). But it's showing me "no payment found" when I clicked on "check payment status". What do I do pls ?

I have to concerns this morning.

1. I did name availability and got an availability code, meaning the name was approved. But now the name is not showing on name Reservation and if i input the availability code it will say applications details could not be retrieve from AV code. Please what can i do
2. I submitted a company registration since 10 of Oct but it is still on pending is it a general issue or just is there anything I can do yo resolve this ?

Please for a business name that has not done filling for like 3 years will they be able to do cessation without annual filling?

Also what is the current charges on the portal to delete the business name?
